
About Rosalind Day
Rosalind Day is an author from Perth, Western Australia, where she has lived all her life. Her debut novel, Surviving Sunbeam, is set against the unique landscape of WA's south-west, blending contemporary fiction with elements of mystery and suspense.

The parent of an autistic child, Rosalind was also diagnosed with autism as an adult, and this inspired her to write about neurodiverse characters. An avid writer since childhood, her love of books was began with Judy Blume and The Baby-Sitters Club series, before moving onto the thrilling works of RL Stine and Christopher Pike.

Rosalind holds a Bachelor of Arts in English (Creative Writing) from Curtin University (2000) and is a member of several Western Australian writing groups. Aside from writing, Rosalind's special interests include running and working out at the gym; finding new True Crime channels on YouTube; designing eclectic, eccentric homes and families in The Sims; and spending time in nature.
